What is stored
Your basket stays in your browser. Your account, verified email address, orders and delivery details are stored on Cloudflare. Your password is stored in derived form, never as plain text. A secure cookie keeps you signed in.
Creator applications
Your name, email address, catalogue link, preferences, consent and review details (rights, licence, agreement and agreed creator share) are stored in the private database to review your application and contact you about it. Only administrators have access. No original file or newsletter subscription is requested; nothing is published automatically.
Your 3D files
The STL preview and measurements are calculated in your browser. For an indicative estimate, the model’s dimensions, surfaces, volume and diagnostics, along with your print choices, are sent to the server; the original file is not sent at this stage. Your file is uploaded to private storage only when you submit a quote request. It is then accessible to your account and the administrator to assess the print. Workshop GLB imports stay local.
No bank details
Card details are entered directly on Stripe in test mode. The site stores payment references and statuses, never card numbers. Amazon SES sends account and order emails. No advertising or audience analytics tools are installed.
Hosting
Pages and example models are served by Cloudflare. The provider may process technical logs required for hosting. The controller’s contact details and full policy will be provided before commercial launch.
